Frank Contigiani, worked for 35 years in the Information Technology field, starting as a computer programmer and retiring in 2004 as Senior Vice President of Vertex, Inc. From his experience as a computer programmer Frank came to believe that - from the time we are born - each one of us writes and embeds programs that impact everything we think, feels, say and do; and that only through a higher level of constant self-awareness we are able to change the programmed behaviors that prevent us from becoming effective and successful human beings. Frank is a Registered Corporate Coach trained by the World Association of Business Coaches, and his personal mission is to “continue to learn and grow and help others do the same”.
